The Hyde Park is a home designed for the changing demographic of "family". Seventy-five percent of homeowners do not fit the "traditional" family model of mother, father and children, but consist of couples, empty nesters, singles, etc. This home is designed to meet the unique needs of a couple.

The interior design is a slightly urban, contemporary look. Serene, pale colors, like aquas, pinks and celadon greens create a soothing and easy care environment. Storage and work areas were important considerations, as the home is likely to double as a home office for one of its inhabitants.
